About the Bar ZX Ranch

The Bar ZX Ranch is on land at the base of the Ragged mountain range and was homesteaded by the Lampton family in the early nineteen hundreds. Today the ranch is owned and managed by Dean and Katy Lampton.

The ranch is located in Gunnison county in Colorado. The nearest "big" city is Paonia, which is 25 miles south-west of the ranch. The ranch is also 40 miles south of Glenwood Springs, 60 miles from Aspen.
